Management Capability Robert J. Strassburg, P.E., P.M.P., CEO of Trinity Leadership Consulting, LLC, has over 30 years of professional experience in personal and organizational development, leadership training, personal and executive coaching, project engineering, and project management. During his 25 year career in engineering and construction on commercial, industrial and government works projects, he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with and leading people in complex and difficult situations. While employed as an engineer at Praxair, Inc., the leading supplier of industrial gases in North and South America, Mr. Strassburg also developed, managed and presented award winning personal and leadership development programs. As the lead consultant and CEO for TLC, he continues to train employees at Praxair and other organizations in the principles of organizational effectiveness and leadership development.
